Thank you for trying our baby food products! To ensure a smooth experience, please review our exchange policy below:
1. Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are provided only under the following circumstances:
a) Damaged/Defective Items: Physical damage, leaks, or compromised product safety.
b) Incorrect Items: Receiving products not included in the advertised trial kit.
Note: Exchanges are limited to the fixed product allocation in the trial kit. Substitutions or customization are not permitted.
2. Exchange Process
a) Contact Us:
– Notify our customer support team within 7 days of delivery via email to info@natufoodies.com
– Provide your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
b) Verification:
– We will review your request and may require additional details.
c) Replacement:
– If approved, a replacement trial kit will be dispatched.
– No additional courier charges will apply for the exchange (company covers shipping costs).
3. Non-Eligible Scenarios
Exchanges will not be granted for:
– Dissatisfaction with flavors, textures, or preferences.
– Failure to follow storage/usage instructions.
– Issues reported after 7 days of delivery.
